This tier list ranks Fallout 4 weapons, perks, and legendary effects based on:
- DPS (Damage Per Second): Raw damage output
- Versatility: Effectiveness across different builds and playstyles
- Practicality: Ammo availability, mod options, and ease of use
- Meta Dominance: Community consensus and competitive viability
Tier Definitions:
- S Tier: Meta-defining, essential for endgame builds
- A Tier: Excellent choices, strong performance
- B Tier: Solid options, situationally powerful
- C Tier: Viable but outclassed by higher tiers
- D Tier: Niche use cases, generally avoid
Highest base DPS (100), excellent damage output, pin enemies
Versatile, high DPS (110), great mods, automatic option
High burst damage (100), close range dominance
Excellent range, high damage per shot (37), sniper builds
Split damage type (24+24), ignores some resistances
