About This Tier List

This tier list ranks Fallout 4 weapons, perks, and legendary effects based on:

  • DPS (Damage Per Second): Raw damage output
  • Versatility: Effectiveness across different builds and playstyles
  • Practicality: Ammo availability, mod options, and ease of use
  • Meta Dominance: Community consensus and competitive viability

Tier Definitions:

  • S Tier: Meta-defining, essential for endgame builds
  • A Tier: Excellent choices, strong performance
  • B Tier: Solid options, situationally powerful
  • C Tier: Viable but outclassed by higher tiers
