By accessing or using Wasteland S.P.E.C.I.A.L. ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Application.

Wasteland S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is an unofficial, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Bethesda Softworks LLC, ZeniMax Media Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Fallout®, Fallout 4®, and related trademarks are property of Bethesda Softworks LLC. All game data, images, and references to Fallout 4 are used under Fair Use for educational and non-commercial purposes.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the Application materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers/networks connected to the Application
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

When you create and save character builds or submit feedback, you retain ownership of your content. However, by sharing builds publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating the Application.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material

We strive to provide accurate game data extracted from Fallout 4 game files. However, we do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of all data (errors may occur in extraction or interpretation)
• Real-time updates when Fallout 4 is patched
• Compatibility with mods or unofficial game versions

We encourage users to report inaccuracies via the "Report Data Error" form. We will review and correct verified errors.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
